I’m sooooo behind on creating this list-seriously it’s October. But life has been life-ing; however, I’ve still been reading just not as much as I did the previous years. I am nowhere close to reading as much as I did last year, but I’m hoping to at least make it to 20 this year.

June is considered Pride Month and for most of us it’s also when we celebrate the Father figures in our lives. In my household you can’t celebrate one without celebrating the other.
If this year has taught me anything, it is that no matter what, you look for the good. You make the best of what you have NOW. You simply have to, we can no longer waste time waiting for that special occasion or right timing. Life can be gone in a blink of an eye.
I really wanted to get back to posting about my mamihood adventures, but I did not think this particular topic was going to be the one that got me back. It just got my blood boiling, so I must.
Writing this post the night after the massacre in Uvalde, Texas. Where babies were killed by an evil man with an AK-15. I’m angry. Why have we decided to focus on all the wrong things?
